- Performing a Storage vMotion operation on a virtual machine running I/O intensive workloads result in a timeout error
- You see the error:
Failed to reparent/commit disks (vim.timeout). In most cases the Storage VMotion operation succeeds and the error is erroneous.

This message is informational only and can be safely ignored.
