Excess SCSI devices (LUNs) Do Not Have Device Mappings in the Service Console

Details

The service console supports device (LUN) mappings for up to 255 SCSI devices. Although VMkernel can recognize more than 255 devices, any devices in excess of this limit will not be mapped. Also note that the service console specific drivers (for example, USB) will take away from the same limit, which means that less than 255 devices from the VMkernel may get device mappings.

Solution

There is no workaround.
