Configuration of VMware HA for Previously Partial-isolated Hosts May Fail

Details

Reconfiguring a host that was previously partial-isolated from the network for VMware HA may fail with a host IP configuration error. This behavior is observed specifically for a hosts with two or more SC networks that had one of its connection reconnected before.

Solution

Refresh the networking configuration for the host. To do this, select the host in the inventory and choose Host  > Configuration > Networking > Refresh.
