If IBM Director 5.20.1 Agent Is Installed on ESX Server 3.5, the Director Console May Not List the Device Drivers

When IBM Director agent is installed on an ESX Server host and discovered from an IBM Director console, after inventory collection, the inventory view is supposed to populate the Software > Device Drivers node with information about device drivers modules loaded in the ESX Server service console. However, with ESX Server 3.5 and IBM Director 5.20.1, this information is sometimes missing. This behavior has been observed on IBM x3650 and x3550 machines.
