VirtualCenter Service Will Not Start on a Machine with Non-ASCII Characters in Its Computer Name (1003068)

When VirtualCenter Server is installed on a machine with non-ASCII characters in its computer name, the VirtualCenter service will not start.

Install VirtualCenter Server on machines that contain only ASCII characters in their computer name.
