VirtualCenter Disallows User Names With Non-ASCII Characters

VirtualCenter Server disallows user names that have non-ASCII characters.

This is a limitation in VirtualCenter Server 1.x and 2.x. It is applicable to Virtual Infrastructure Client, Web Access, and SDK.

username, user name, special characters, non-ASCII characters, non-alphanumeric characters, vc20, vc201, vc202
