The following warning message might be displayed during the installation of IBM Director 5.20 Update 1:

IBM_WARNING -- Detected system support for RSA, but failed to load libsysSp.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory. Check for RSA driver package updates on the IBM website .

Solution

The warning message is benign. You can safely ignore it.
