VirtualCenter UI Is Not Refreshed Properly After Deletion of CD-ROM from Virtual Machine

Removing a virtual machine's CD/DVD drive in "Edit Settings" may not get reflected in the Virtual Infrastructure Client UI until the UI is refreshed.

For refreshing the Virtual Infrastructure Client display, click on another virtual machine, or minimize and maximize Virtual Infrastructure Client.
