Problems Connecting to the Server Configuration or Help Desk Web Applications (1000198)

Solution
If you are unable to connect to the Server Configuration or Help Desk web applications, try the following:
- Make sure that TLS 1.0 is enabled in your browser settings.
- Clear any temporary Internet files and cookies from your browser.
- Restart your browser.
If you are still unable to connect, try using a different browser.
