Printing Knowledge Base Articles

Details

How do I print a VMware knowledge base article? I don't see a Print button or link.

Solution

Click on the printer icon  on the kb toolbar.
 
If for some reason it does not work, follow the steps below to work around this issue:
 
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x:
  1. Place the mouse pointer over the text area of the article.
  2. Right-click to see a drop-down menu.
  3. Choose Print.
Mozilla Firefox 1.5.x:
  1. Place the mouse pointer over the text area of the article.
  2. Right-click to see a drop-down menu.
  3. Click This Frame > Open Frame in new Window.
  4. Click File > Print Preview.
  5. Click Print.
