Script error when downloading objects with file type .tar.gz (2009654)

The .tar.gz file type has a gzip header so the controls automatically attempt to unzip the attachment.

This is a known issue affecting VMware Service Manager 9.x. A resolution for this issue is being evaluated for inclusion in a future release.

To work around this issue, manually download and execute the file.
