Dell OpenManage 5.0 running on ESX Server 2.5.4 is unable to display information on the following controllers typically found on Power Edge 2650 and 2850 series systems:
 
LSI Logic PERC3/DCL, PERC3/DC, PERC3/QC, PERC3/SC, PERC 4/Di, PERC 4/SC, PERC 4/DC, PERC 4e/DC, Perc 4e/Di, PERC 4e/Si

Solution

Run Dell OpenManage 4.5 on systems with these controllers.
