Scheduled Tasks Do Not Show Correct Time When Timezone Is Changed

This problem occurs on a local client when you:

1. Run a VirtualCenter Client and connect it to a local VirtualCenter server.
2. Create an hourly scheduled task.
3. Change the timezone on the VirtualCenter server.
4. The run time of the existing scheduled task continues to display the time in the previous timezone.
5. Create a new hourly scheduled task. The displayed next run time is still based on the previous timezone.

The problem occurs on a remote client when you:

1. Connect a remote VirtualCenter client to a VirtualCenter server.
2. Create a hourly scheduled task.
3. Change the timezone on the server, and change the timezone on the remote VirtualCenter client to be the same as that on the VirtualCenter server.
4. The existing scheduled task continues to display the time in the previous timezone on the remote VirtualCenter client.
5. Create a new houly scheduled task. The displayed next run time continues to be based on the previous timezone.

To work around this problem:

1. Shut down the VirtualCenter client.
2. Change the timezone.
3. Restart the VirtualCenter client.
