When you remove a user's entitlement, the user will not automatically be logged off. Make sure they have no connections remaining to that pool.
Details
Removing a user from the list of entitled desktop users when the user has a session to the desktop does not result in the user being logged off.
Solution
Log on as an administrator to log off the user or reset the virtual machine.
