License Serial Number on Direct Console Support Information Screen Is Not Consistent for Evaluation Licensing Mode
Details
When you configure the license source to be evaluation mode and then click View Support Information in the direct console, the license serial number appears properly as "Evaluation." If you change the license source to be the host license file and then change the license source back to "Evaluation," the direct console displays some text from the host license file and "Evaluation." This happens because at the end of the evaluation period, the host reverts to the previously configured license source. This is a UI issue in the direct console.
Solution
There is no workaround. The issue has no operational impact.
