VI Client Installation Fails on Windows Vista Business Edition with Enabled Antivirus Software

Details

If you attempt to install VI Client on a machine running Windows Vista Business Edition that also has antivirus software enabled, the installation might fail.

Solution

Disable the antivirus software. Install VI Client. Re-enable the antivirus software.
