Uninstalling Lab Manager 2.4 and Reinstalling Managed Server Agent Software Generates NFS Datastore Error

Uninstalling the Lab Manager 2.4 Managed Server agent software and reinstalling the 2.4 or 2.5 Managed Server agent software might generate a warning about NFS datastores conflicting with NFS storage servers added through Lab Manager.

Solution

The uninstallation of the 2.4 Managed Server agent software does not properly clean up the existing NFS datastores created by Lab Manager. Use the VI Client to remove any remaining NFS datastore named LabManager-NFS-<number> before reinstalling the software.
