Issue/Introduction
This article provides support guidelines for Zerto solutions.

Resolution
Zerto is certified as partner level support which means that Zerto will front end support issues for their solution. All backup solution vendors are required to be VMware certified using the newer vSphere APIs for IO Filtering (VAIO) to be compatible with VMware. For more information, see Broadcom Compatibility Guide .
For issues with Zerto, please contact Zerto directly .
Ensure to check the VCG vSphere APIs for IO Filtering (VAIO) for all VMware approved backup solutions.
